Small solid and does the job!
operating system:Windows XPI needed an ethernet switch for connecting my ps3 and xbox (wired) to my router as the xbox just refused to connect wirelessly and I didn't have enough ports on the router available.
I picked this unit as I only needed a few ports and wanted something small and compact and this unit fitted that bill.
The unit measures about 4" wide 1" high and 2" deep. The casing is metal and the unit is heavy enough to not get dragged about by the cables. The mains adaptor is just like a standard plug so doesn't impose on other plug sockets when in use.
The unit takes no setting up, just power up and connect your ethernet cables and away you go. It has 2 QOS ports for gaming and the like and lights up on the front showing which ports are active, which are clearly lit and easy to see.
A great unit for £9.99 if you only need a few ports and thanks ebuyer for the free next day delivery.
