Perfect
operating system:Windows XPI used one of these for my new hard drive. The right angle is prefect for making it look neater. Though it depends which way it needs to go (Pointing up or down).
Good Value Cable
operating system:Windows 7Its a good value cable. Plenty long enough.
If you want it to be angled specifically down, you may (not always) be able to fix the HDD the other way up.
Personally I've got no benchmarking or other scientific way of measuring whether it actualy performs SATA2 or SATA3 speeds, but my system appears to work very well, moving 100's Gb data between HDD's very quick and reliably.
However, compared to the cables that came with my Gigabyte M'board, it doesn't have a very positive retaining clip. Next time I'd consider the Xenta brand with metal clips (ebuyer# 227054) - they're similar price.
