Acer Travelmate Upgrade
operating system:Windows 2000Just installed one of these into an old (2004) travelmate. It replaced a 40Gb Hitachi drive. Its a much faster drive, needed to be seperately formatted in NTFS rather than the bundled system disks that wanted to use FAT32.
The disk is far quieter. Well worth the investment - just extended the life of the Acer by a couple of years at least.
