Quality RAM at top price
operating system:Not ApplicableNow is the time, if you can afford it, to look for bargains in Credit Crunch Britain. If you are wary of buying a new machine (I would wait until Windows7 appears Oct this year anyway) - then look at upgrading your existing tackle. This ram is simple to install and (in my case) is happy to 'down speed' to 667mhz - running in my older IBM machine.
Aim for a minimum of a GB stick but check how much memory your motherboard supports (go to the Crucial Website). Dells are notorious for not supporting much in the way of RAM upgrades - possibly because they want you to buy a new PC.
This is excellent value and the most cost effective way to extend the life of an aging PC!
Very good ram
operating system:Windows XPThis is top quality ram, don't let the price tag or oem appearance fool you, this ram is solid, runs stable even after heavy overclocking.
I've just bought my 3rd one, might buy another soon to get the system running in dual channel mode again.
If in doubt, buy it! cheap, reliable, stable and decent speed ram.

Very Good RAM
operating system:Windows XPI bought this RAM with a Foxconn A6VMX motherboard and an AMD Athlon 64 x2 CPU. I am running one stick of this RAM at 724MHz as that is what the motherboard set it as standard to match the FSB speed.
I ran a benchmark program on this RAM and here are the results.
Allocate Small Block - 2638mb/s
Read Cached - 1412mb/s
Read Unchached - 1254.6mb/s
Write - 1127.4mb/s
As you can see this RAM has good performance for such a cheap product. And as of yet I have had no problems at all with it.
