Great

Ideal for both Windows and Linux
operating system:Windows XPI bought two of these after checking out the company and noticed that they also provide linux drivers. I still use Windows XP mostly but I also have a machine that runs Linux Mint, so hardware compatibility with both is quite important to me. Windows requires you to install drivers but with Linux Mint the adapter works as soon as you plug it in. The antenna makes quite a difference and in certain instances can almost double the signal that you pick up compared to a usb Wifi adapter without an antenna. Though it says these are wireless N adapters bear in mind that they don't allow full 300mbs speed, only 150mbs. However, they do function well and even with my old Belkin wireless G router file transfer speeds over the network did improve significantly. Build quality is fine and so far they have both worked as they should. I cannot ask for more really can I.
Funky wee doofer
operating system:Windows XPThis is a cracking wee WLAN adapter. It's a good convenient size, the adapter = antennae design results in an amazingly good signal. At about 10m with a load bearing brick wall in between I get almost max throughput (min/max 130/150Mbps) with my ZyXEL P-660HN-F1Z. Watching movies streamed from PC to XBox was fast and stutter free. Also, switching between my wired link and this on PC only increased my ping/latency by ~1ms so would be great for gaming on too. The accompanying drivers/software are really good... give loads of great info, graphs etc showing performance and throughput.
It may only be an nLite but there is nothing lightweight about this adapter which gets 100% recommendation from me :)

operating system:Windows 7Literally unboxed this, plugged it into the back of my PC and it was instantly recognised. Typed in my WEP key and i was on the internet within 30 seconds of plugging it in.
Signal is OK. It would be excellent if my PC was in a closer location to my router, but still my previous laptop was not intermittent like this adapter can sometimes be.
Actual rating 4.5*.
