best desktop mouse I have EVER used
operating system:Windows VistaWell for the money it should be a great mouse. And it certainly proves to be.
The grip is fabulous and extremely comfortable. I used to have one of those £10 mice before, so I guess this feels incredible.
I like the fact that it can be used while charging.
All in all ... WORTH the high price tag.
We use glossy white surfaces on our desks, hence we had to get the Darkfield tracking. Tried the Dinovo bluetooth mouse but it was used to give a delay in responding. Dinovo is a good mouse, but not as comfortable as this one.
I guess I spend over 12 hours a day on my computer. Well worth it if you look at it that way.

operating system:Windows 7I love everything about this mouse. It feels great, looks good and works well. Build quality is spot on, even the box packaging is really good. Batteries last me about 2-3 weeks before I have to plug it in for a charge, but that isn't a problem as you can use it while charging.
I was tempted by the G700, but found this is as good for gaming as the G700 and found this more comfortable.

operating system:Windows 7I'm an avid gamer and a graphics designer. I've owned the mouse for almost 2 years. The mouse has performed flawlessly on any surface I placed it on. It's main surface was a glass table for the better part of 1.5 years. No mouse mat needed, it was a dream to work with. Full charge used to last 4 to 5 days under heavy use. Now under 12 hours a day usage, I get 2 days worth before it goes on charge again, but I never need to stop working and have never had the mouse die on me due to lack of battery power.
For last 4 months it's gliding on a polished wooden table top and after almost 2 years, the Darkfield laser is beginning to give up. I can't draw a straight line with it...will end up with at least 2 or 3 steps. Performance deteriorates even more so when placed on paper.
So I thought I'd call in the 3 year Logitech warranty. Ebuyer can't deal with it since it has been so long so gave Logitech a call on the number provided by Ebuyer. First time I have ever called Logitech but wow, what an amazing response.
They took all the details over the phone including the fault details and have shipped a brand new replacement mouse already. Just received tracking number...What more can you ask for??? I love this mouse and could not live without it but Logitech have just knocked me for a six with their turnaround based on one phone call.
I would have given it 4 stars...but Logitech replacing it with a brand new one, just earn it it's full 5 stars!
