    yes just search for `clean install windows 7 with upgrade media`

    this will allow you to install it but you will lose everything on your xp pc so back up all your data first.

    Foolproof way to install windows 7 - install windows in xp, providing you have a partitioned drive on your computer, which is set as a primary drive. This will enable you to install windows on another partition. This will create a dual operating system. Windows xp/ windows 7. Another important fact, keep you broadband on while updating, so that it can download all available updates for windows 7 as you install.
