Fractal Design "Silent Series" is a full range of silent case fans. The fans has been specifically developed to deliver sufficient airflow and still keep a low noise level. Available in sizes from 40mm up to 140mm.

operating system:Windows 7140mm and you barely hear it? what more do you need :)
but honestly, I am extremely impressed by the quality of this fan and believe it's well worth the money.

operating system:Windows 7i tested this fan at midnight and you can just hear it. the cable comes with a mesh sleeving and you get four rubber fan mounts and four fan screws. i love this fan highly recommend it excellent value for money
Good but bundle if you can!
operating system:Windows 7The fan is very quiet and that is down to the 600 rpm speed rather than the standard 1200 rpm.
Do not buy one of these just as a general cooling, as the fan is not fast enough. Using just one on it's own is good for directing air that is already in the case. If you want to use this to direct air in or out of the case, you are best of bundling it in groups 2 or 3 for a more effective surface area.
Highly recommended with this setup.
nice and quite
operating system:Windows 7i have one of these and 4 120mm fans in my computer now the fans are completely silent but you can here the sound of the air moving but thats a nice gentle wooosssh sound :).
the cables are nice and long and are covered in a waxed sleeve bit weird to feel but i don't plan on doing that very often.
it comes with 4 rubber mounts and also 4 screws, i used the rubber mounts on all my fans, for 140mm fans put the rubber though the case first and then into the fan you just pull them till they pop into place they feel strong and look like they will last quite i few removals.
