Excellent & affordable

Delivery by parcel force:
Packaging was insufficient in case someone dropped this 8kg beast. No bubblewrap , only a single sheet of polythene. Guess I was lucky.
Pros:
Sufficient for AMD triple core, and nvidia GTX260, 2 hardd, 2 optical, 2 usb device, high rpm 12mm cpu fan, 3x 80mm case fan, 650 psu. Runtime is 11 minutes on battery.
Detected by win7 just as it would a laptop battery (shows charging/remaining time) hence no need for the apparently buggy powerchute installation. Saved myself hours of troubleshooting - phew!
Nice selection of 3 power saving sockets, 1 normal socket, 4 battery backed ones for pc and monitor +- router , speakers.
Cons:
-Power switch is too easily accessible similar to iphone home button (see image) and needs only light touch to depress. The result was I instantly powered down my rig while adjusting the thing! I am sure it could happen again if there is too much clutter around the button. I fixed it by applying some thick padded double-sided tape over the indent. Then exposed the upper sticky surface and applied a small plastic disc. Now it's very unlikely to press by mistake. This instant power down defeats the purpose of power back-up! This is why it loses a star!
-Depending on how much space you have under ur desk, may need to drill a couple of holes in the wall and mount this thing with some screws. Personally , I just let it lean slightly against the wall upright. It's really heavy so difficult to knock over.
Overall, an excellent product. Just be careful with the power button!
