Excelent Buy
operating system:Not ApplicableThe case itself is good quality. No sharp edges, not too flimsy, and the tool free fittings are very useful. The washable filters are also quite a nice touch. The case also looks great.
The PSU is also very good, and it should be pointed out that the specification on the site is incorrect. The PSU is ATX 2.3 compliant (not 2.01) and it does come with the 4+4 12V conection (not just 4). It is by no means silent, but it is quiet.
At £50, I don't think you could buy a better case/PSU bundle. Definately a recomended buy.
Excellent Value, easy install
operating system:Windows 7Hadn't built a system in a while, and went for this because of the brand and the fact it looked like a quality case. The 500W PSU is quiet, and black (not silver as shown) and that looks good.
The no tools feature is excellent, all bays have a fastener either side to make your drives extra secure. My installation took minutes, and the quality of the build is high.
The large fan at the rear of the case is the loudest, but it creates an air flow you can feel coming out the filter fronted case, so that keeps temperatures down.
I would recommend this bundle to anyone wanting a decent, simple and stress free case at a very good price.
Good Bundle Value
operating system:Windows 7I spent about 3 weeks spec'ing my new build, and the hardest part is finding a case & power supply that can handle your components but doesnt break the bank. Sure you can spend £100 on a power supply, and the same on a case, but for me i'd rather invest the money into the CPU/Motherboard/RAM etc
This bundle deal ticks all the boxes for me - the powersupply isnt too noisy, the case feels sturdy and is made of metal with a plastic front. Front panel has 2 x USB ports, mic in and audio out for headphones. Bays are easily removed for optical drives / fancy LCD displays etc.
Case is accessed easily via a removable side panel with 2 thumb screws on the back.
All in all - a good buy - you wont regret (Just make sure 500W is enough for you)
Great Case
operating system:Not ApplicableThis a fantastic case for the price and it has a good PSU.
Ive had this case awhile now and have just installed a Corsair CWCH50-1 Cooling Hydro Series H50 High-performance CPU Cooler (supports LGA1156 LGA 1155 LGA775 LGA1366 AM2 and AM3 processors)
it fits nicely but does need 4 holes drilled out approx 5mm to 10mm below the 120mm fan holes. so it will fit the water cooling kits with minor sugery.
Running a Q6600, 4Gb 6400, ATI 6870 1xhdd and 1 dvd burner no problem
If you're building a low-end or mid ranged gamming system this is the case for you, high-end then you'll prob need a bigger power supply.
