With detailed engineering design, the Freezer 13 comprises of four U-shaped high performance heatpipes and 45 efficiently formed aluminum fins. The maximum cooling capacity for this cooler is 200W and is able to dissipate massive heat that is produced in high-end CPUS, such as Intel Core i7.
Ultra Quiet
Operated with a 92mm PWM fan, the entire running operation remains whisper quiet, even at full load. The fan speed normally runs from 600 to 2000 RPM, which is sufficient to maintain your CPU at ideal temperature.

The Freezer 13 features wide compatibility with AMD and Intel sockets. Its simple mounting system is designed to fit all current CPU platforms which makes this cooler to have a broad usability and brings overclocking to a new level

Seriously Good Cooling
operating system:Windows 7I've used a stock Intel heatsync in my system for just over a year but recently had loads of issues with the PC shutting down as the CPU was overheating. It seemed that the Intel heatsync was looser than I would have liked and I'm sure one of the pins that attach to the motherboard was faulty.
I purchased one of these as a replacement and wow it's improved things. My CPU's temperature has dropped by over 25 degrees when resting, barely moves when I'm heavily using the CPU and when I'm done the temperature drops back down to 36o in no time at all. I'm stunned by just how good it it and its pretty much silent as well.
The unit it's self is surprisingly large, almost spanning the depth of the case but it attaches firmly to the motherboard with a tricky yet secure mechanism that makes Intel's look flimsy in comparison - overall it's a great product and I'll be recommending it to anyone with an overheating issue in the future. 5*

Better than expected
operating system:Windows 7Using this CPU cooler with the i5-2500k Overclocked to 4.4GHz
Idle temps: 26-30
Load Temps: 55-60
Very impressive cooling performance and the fan really does run very quiet. I opted for a 92mm fan instead of a 120mm due to wanting to mount fans inside my case and so wanted a smaller CPU heatsink but this performs just as well as some of the 120mm range.
Drops 10 deg off running Temp
operating system:Windows 7Works well, bought two of these one for work one for home, works better with the new style of cases, ie PSU at the bottom of the case, vents at top of case, as this pushes hot air straight up.
I have fit both to AMD chips, bit fiddly but at least you don't have to bolt anything through the MB to fit.
it's silent, cools very well, delivered next day, an updated and better version of the Freezer 7. 5 stars easily....
