Works but falsely advertised by Edimax

I couldn't find what the * was for as it's not mentioned elsewhere but I went ahead and bought 3 of these anyway. Turns out the real 'up to' data rates are:
Upload: 150Mbps
Download: 300Mbps
... so this can download at 300Mbps but can only upload at 150Mbps... usually 300Mbps means both are 300Mbps.
Otherwise the product works fine.
I'm kinda annoyed!
