Packed with useful features, too many to list but the main one i use is iscsi.

contrary to the documentation the disks are hot swapable and so the raid array can be upscaled.

technical support is on skype. Just open a conversation to them and they will look at the issue right there and then.

Very quiet, does what I want - eventually.

The internal SATA lead for the second drive is unsuitable. It is too stiff and too short. I damaged the SATA connector of my very expensive 3TB server drive as a result. When you buy the device, buy a 6in straight to straight SATA connecting lead to replace the one that is supplied, which is significantly better but not ideal. Clearly the circuit board connector was sited without any consideration of the resulting cable run to the drive. Very disappointing.
I bought the device because the vendor's technical advisor identified it as the only one that offers real time file updates onto a back-up device. The version of software supplied on the disc does not have this capability but I did not find this out until it was all installed and then had to be uninstalled and replaced with the later version, downloaded from the website, which was a pain.
