LG 32" LCD TV
operating system:Not ApplicablePurchased one of these from Ebuyer before Christmas to replace a 9 year old LG tube model. Most impressed with it's features especially the ability to input Video, Music & pictures via the USB port from either a flash card in a card reader or directly from an External Hard Drive.
The picture is excellent though some adjustment needed to get good dark/black contrast. Sound is good enough for general listening, if you want better play it through a surround sound system. Not used the freeview tuner as am on cable. All in all a good set & very good value for money.
Fantastic TV
operating system:Not ApplicableThis LG is my first LCD TV and I am thrilled with it. My living room isn't huge so I didn't want a big TV that would fill the room so a 32" was ideal. Setting it up took no longer than 5 minutes and my Sky+ was up and running instantly on the screen. The quality is outstanding and the sound is superb too. My DVD's look sharp and crisp and the audio is top notch. You will be hard pressed to find a good looking, user friendly and quality TV at this price. Well done ebuyer!
Very nice TV
operating system:Windows 7I bought one of these and it's a really nice TV. I'm using it almost exclusively as a PC monitor (via HDMI) but I also have a Sky box plugged into it too.
The screen looks really nice, it has an anti-glare surface which really makes it shine. It's a good size too. 32" may sound like a smaller TV size but when it's in your living room, it's big (assuming you don't have a huge living room).
The PC looks fine on it running at a resolution of 1280 x 720, it looks very sharp with vivid colors and clear text. The TV does support a resolution of 1360 x 768 but I prefer 1280 x 720 as the text is clearer. I'm also using larger fonts (125%) in Windows 7 as that helps a lot.
The remote control is really well laid out and very nice to use. The set itself feels high quality. Sadly the stand doesn't tilt but it does swivel. The TV has proper buttons on the side of it to control power (etc) and this is so much easier and quicker than those front-panel touch-control buttons.
The menu system is one of the best I've seen. It's fast, intuitive and looks gorgeous. The sound is only basic but then anyone who cares about sound that much with any TV will use an external amplifier (which is what I'm using).
TV pictures look very nice through Freeview and changing channels is swift. The SCART socket comes in really handy if you have an older device lying around (as I do) and there's a VGA port if your computer doesn't have an HDMI port.
On the whole, I love this TV. It feels nice quality, does what I need and looks good.
