Cheap but OK
operating system:Windows 7This is a nicely finished case but very light and quite flimsy. Looks better than in the photo, especilally with a LED fan in the front.
This case will take a 120mm fan in the front, no need to drill holes, it clips into the front of the plastic cover, Remove 4 screws to get the front cover off and youi'll see. However as a previous reviewer said there is a metal plate partly obscuring the fan. I drilled the rivets and removed it. Once the front cover is screwed back on it is fine.
Also note you may not be able to use the bottom PCI slot as the card bracket interferes with a metal cover thing at the back. 2 minutes with a file fixed it, but very sloppy design.
Once it's all back together the qualiity of finish on the outside conceals the sloppy design inside, and it really looks very smart. For the price it is a very good buy, one star removed because with a bit more thought the faults could have been fixed without adding to the cost.
Poor design and indifferent quality
operating system:Windows XPI bought this to fit a Gigabyte GA-M68M-S2P micro-ATX motherboard, and immediately there was a problem - the position of the motherboard blocks the lowest DVD drive bay. I would have expected that in a mid-tower case with room inside this would not happen.
The case fan installed is a joke - the connector (an inline Molex) was so poorly made that the pins came out and rendered the fan useless. If such extras can't be fitted with decent quality in the price, just don't fit the extras.
Other than this the case is reasonable quality for the money, and the service from Ebuyer was top-notch, delivered in 2 days on a super-saver delivery. Only 3 stars though.
Very annoyed!!
Bought this case for my new build. At first I thought it was a very nice case, looked good, easy to take apart etc.
The first thing I noticed was that the 80mm case fan supplied was broke (the fan had snaped off) which I wasn't that bothered about because I never intended on keeping it! Still not very good!
The most fustrating thing of all though is that it clearly states that it takes a 120mm front fan but it doesn't! Not without drilling extra holes and squeezing it in! I don't know how Mark Jordan fitted his!
Apart from the broken fan and the non existent 120mm front fan space it's a very nice case.
