This device can be used for readyboost. 4K performance:
USB3 ~22MB/s Read and ~11MB/s Write.

Readyboost is the same as pagefile but compressed, encrypted for external devices. It helps by making the pagefile avialable on boot, offloads slow hdd data onto fast readyboost, saves energy on laptops by reducing the spining required on old HDDs. Windows 7 on SSD with pagefile can reduce it's lifespan and performance, you can use readyboost to store pagefile on USB 3.0 flash.
