Good quality but has teething problems - Corrupt Root

Item is very good quality, solid piece of equipment.
I installed 1 x 2TB western digital drive to start with and have found that there seems to be quite a common problem with these nas boxes.
After installing hard drive, there is sometimes an error after installing the Raidar software it comes with, which shows Corrupt root on the drive you insert. This prevents the set-up being carried out. People talk of doing a reset of the device but it actaully is down to the disk drive file system. take a look here for more info and solution.. http://www.techsonsite.co.uk/blog/readynas-duo-v2-corrupt-root-error/
Once you overcome this, the actual device performs very well, I'm streaming movies from it to the Xbox360 without any issues whatso ever. very fast!
