- BitTorrent and eMule - the NSA310 features a BitTorrent client for fast downloading and sharing large files. With high-speed DHT (Distributed Hash Tables) mode and TCP/UDP tracker protocols support, the NSA310 overcomes the drawbacks of slow and disrupted downloading and also supports eMule for downloading.
- RSS - after you subscribe to RSS feeds and add the links to the NSA310, the built-in RSS client enables the NSA310 to automatically download the latest digital contents, such as TV programs and Podcasts. With RSS server support, the NSA310 makes it easy for you to share the files with your friends by subscribing to the RSS feeds you set.
- FTP server - with the NSA310, you can establish your own FTP server and manage access authorization for it. - Smart fan - with smart fan technology, the NSA310 can run at slower speeds to reduce power consumption when the system temperature is low.
- Hard disk hibernation - the internal hard disks in the NSA310 can automatically spin down when there is no data transmission after a period of time.
- Wake-on-LAN - a new green feature dubbed "Wake-on-LAN" enables users turn on the NSA310 and access media files remotely anytime and anywhere, even when the device at home is powered off.

operating system:Not ApplicableIt has got a print server also the drive in mine is a Seagate ST3500413AS JC4B which is selling on ebuyer for £70 alone hope this helps.
Quick mention the bittorent client is fantastic, it also has auto shut down and Wake On Lan ...use PcAutoWaker from android market to wake wirelessly it works a treat unlike a lot of others.
