At just 18.4mm deep and 139g in weight, the Sony Bloggie Duo is light and compact enough to take wherever you go. Its built-in USB arm also means that you can connect and charge almost anywhere too. In addition there’s a front-facing screen as well as the normal rear screen so you can create self-portraits and images from odd angles.

The Bloggie Duo can record beautiful Full HD (1920x1080/30p) video clips and also 5 megapixel still photos using its 5.1MP (effective) CMOS sensor. You can easily select between the two because there are separate stills shutter and movie record buttons. Auto Orientation will automatically detect which way round your images were taken too and there is a 10cm Auto Macro mode for lovers of close-ups.

Low Light Performance
The bright f/2.8 AF lens captures more in low light than many other video lenses and there is a built-in LED lamp for bolstering light levels of close subjects, The ExmorTM CMOS sensor is also adept at capturing as much low-light detail as possible.

Recording Features
The Bloggie Duo can record up to two hours of HD (720p) footage using its 4GB built-in memory and the additional 2.0-inch front-facing monitor is ideal for self portraits, as well as having a traditional 2.7-inch monitor on the rear of the camera. You can bookmark clips and photos on-camera and there is a built-in HDMI socket for easy viewing on your HDTV.
