operating system:Windows XPSince I have about 14 devices requiring power, and only 1 plug on the wall, I use 3 of those 6x Multi-adapter thingys in a chain. This does a good job at protecting them.
There are 2 lights, one for protected, and another for earthed. If your electric sockets are in working order, both should be lit up at all times, if not, you should get someone professional to check them.

Good Device Worth Every Penny.
operating system:Not ApplicableI'm using this between my 6 way socket strip(ie SurgeCube is plugged into main wall socket then 6 way socket strip plugged into SurgeCube, so you don't have to use it for one device only.LED status of being earthed and protected is shown on the SurgeCube.
I would say my TV picture looks slightly better with this device,maybe due to the RF filter it has.
For the price and quality this is 5 star product for sure.
Ebuyer also sell one with an added fax/modem phone socket ,so choose the one you need.
