Antec Smartcool Thermally Contolled Fan
I used this to replace a noisy exhaust case fan on my Dell precision. A slight modification was required to the cabling where it terminated on the mobo as Dell mobos are not standard, but it worked fine. If my mobo was standard it would have just been a 'plug and play' operation. Quieter than the original Dell fan.
