1. This draw is NOT available for Business and @work accounts, only orders for personal use placed through an @home account will be counted and put forward for the prize draw. 2. This prize draw is open to all UK residents, except for employees of Ebuyer Limited, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion. 2. All participants who have purchased a product from Ebuyer in the UK between 29th August 00:01 and 31st August 2009 23:59 will be automatically entered in to the Prize Draw. 3. All entries must be received by midnight on the day of their purchase to be eligible for the draw. 4. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not arrive within the specified time frame will be invalid. 5. If the Ebuyer product is subsequently returned to Ebuyer as an unwanted item, your details will be removed from the prize draw. This does not affect your statutory rights. 6. There will be three winners; one for each day of the bank holiday. 7. The winners will be drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received. The prize draw will take place the following Tuesday after the closing date (01.09.09). The winner will be notified by e-mail the same day as the draw date. Should this e-mail be returned as undeliverable or an invalid address, Ebuyer reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner. 8. The winners' accounts will be credited within 7 days of the winners being announced. 9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 10.
