I have worked for Ebuyer for nearly 5 months now, though I previously worked for the company in the same role in 2013. My previous sales experience includes selling UPS systems, diesel generators and logistics training courses, both of which gave me an in-depth knowledge of the respective products and industries. Both roles helped me to develop my sales and account management skills. I also developed an understanding of the importance of good customer service which I strive to bring to all of my customers.
Most of my accounts are IT solutions providers or resellers, and their projects vary greatly from small box shift requirements to full IT solutions. Working here has helped me develop my knowledge and understanding of large parts of our product range so I am able to advise customers of the best and most suitable solutions.
In my spare time I am a keen runner and have tasked myself with completing a number of half-marathons over the coming months.
