- This free prize draw is open to all UK residents, except for employees of Ebuyer Limited, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
- This draw is NOT available for Business and @work accounts, only orders for personal use placed through an @home account will be counted and put forward for the prize draw.
- The free prize draw starts at 00.01 on Saturday 31st October 2009 and will last until 23.59 on Sunday 1st November 2009.
- All orders where a game has been purchased must be received by 23.59 on Sunday 1st November 2009 to be eligible for the draw.
- Pre-order games are exclued from the prize draw.
- If the Ebuyer product is subsequently returned to Ebuyer as an unwanted item, your details will be removed from the prize draw. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The winner will be drawn at random by an independent judge from all valid entries received. The prize draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 7 days of the closing date. Should this e-mail be returned as undeliverable or an invalid address, Ebuyer reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Ebuyer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
- The promoter is Ebuyer (UK) Limited, Howden, East Yorkshire, DN14 7UW.
- The winner may be requested to participate in non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw. The winner's name will feature in a post prize draw blog on Ebuyer.com.
- The prize will be sent out to the winner within 28 days of the closing date.
- The prize can only be sent to a valid UK address. No age restrictions apply, but minors under the age of 16 must obtain parents/guardian permission before entering the promotion.
- Ebuyer's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion is governed by English law.
