My team and I would like to take the time to personally thank you for being our customers.
We have received an overwhelming response for our £1 clearance sale today, with a phenomenally high number of visitors to our site. While many of you were lucky enough to purchase a £1 bargain, I understand there were lots of our customers who experienced delays, or who could not access the sale page and were ultimately disappointed.
Some of our £1 items were limited in stock while other items had several hundred units available, so it really was a case of first come first served for this particular promotion.
Customer feedback is our top priority here at Ebuyer and this is the reason why I promote my Twitter account and email address so customers can contact me directly and we can respond to feedback more efficiently. While there has been a degree of disappointment over this sale, we will be running plenty more promotions in the future and I can personally assure you that any customer comments will be taken into consideration.
