Electronic Arts' Mass Effect 2 has retained its top position on the UK all-format games chart for the second consecutive week.
Trailing right behind without much chance of toppling the sci-fi shooter is Ubisoft's Just Dance for the Nintendo Wii.
Mass Effect 2 brings together the experience of a character-based role playing game (RPG) and the action and intensity of a first-person-shooter (FPS) on Xbox 360 and PC.
It is developed by BioWare and was launched in the European market on January 29.
On the third position in the charts, in its thirteenth week, is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
EA's title Dante's Inferno for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 saw its debut on the charts as this week's highest new-entry. It is an adventure based on Dante Alighieri's epic poem, The Divine Comedy.
Star Trek Online was the best-selling PC-only game, a new-entry from Atari in at number 11.
