OW MY GOD

I bought this for online game chatting, I have to say: best, cheapest Ebuyer product that is worth every 372 pennies of yours. Trust me, even if you have your own set of headphones, you will still be satisfied with this.

- Thge sound is above good
- The recording is good
- The cable is long enough
- The design is awesome

Overall 5/5, Buy it, you won't regret it ;)

This headset is simply fantastic. For £6 you are getting amazing quality of sound (even at full volume) music and games sound better than ever before. The speakers chuck out very heavy bass without any sort of distortion.
Build quality is strong and heavy - they feel like a top brand product.
Cannot complain at all for £6, im delighted.

I can't believe someone tripped over the wire for this, actually breaking his soundcard jack, THEN knocking a star off these headphones for his own clumsiness!

Silly billy.

Best value for money you can find

I only bought these to have a cheap pair of headphones for playing the guitar, so I didn't annoy the neighbours, but I also now use them to listen to music.

For the price these are amazing value, absolutely brilliant sound clarity and bass. They completely block out outside noise and are as good as some headphones that cost 10 times as much. I've had them for almost 6 months and have had no problems with them.

Although none of the problems with the headphones would cause me to reduce a star from the rating, I thought they would be worth mentioning.

Cons:

Plugs could be smaller

Not comfortable for long extended use (over 2hrs)

The microphone does not look good if you want to use them in public as stand alone headphones.

Yep...

This is excellent value for money. It's not often you get cheap and quality together, right? In fact, it is way better than I thought it would be. The bass is rich when I listen to my MP3s in Winamp and the microphone is clear and crisp. I had bought this for Skype, and I know that it will work perfectly. It has in-line volume control that to me is placed well on the cord (high up) and also an on/off switch for the mic.

It's true that the plugs are strangely large, but I had no problems connecting them up to a speaker/headphone switch I already own. They did manage to squeeze into the sockets on my motherboard too. I had to sort out my settings first before the mic would work correctly, but that was all my fault anyway. My only niggle is that the headband is too big (and hard) for my head and can be a little uncomfortable. I expect it's because I'm used to neckband style headphones. Get one before people catch onto how good they are!

Bought this as my headset was dead and my mate wanted to talk while gaming. But this is an amazing set and only £6 ! i normally don't like them. Loud too. i was using them, decided to switch to my spare speakers (20 watts) and went straight back to the headphones. The microphone is lovely and clear and the 2m lead is more then most people will ever need

great job!

Some things are a mystery:

What is dark energy?

What causes the Taos Hum?

How do Ebuyer do such an incredible price on these headphones?

Like other people, Im amazed at the quality of this item. I had a Plantronics set before & they fell to bits just out of warranty so I vowed not to spend so much on my next set. OK, Ive only had these for a week but the sturdy construction tells me they wont follow suit & the sound quality is as good if not better than the Plantronics set. Awesome for the price.

This is a great headset. Good sound quality, great for the price, and great looks. The ear-cups are really comfortable as well.

I haven't had a chance to test out the mic yet, however if it's anything like the speakers it'll be fantastic.

I can't get over how good they look as well! With the crome rim, and black grills.

One word of warning (as already mentioned):

After prolonged use they can get a bit uncomfy, as they squeeze your head a bit tighter than other headsets I've tried, and they are pretty heavy for a headset, so the two bars on the top tend to dig in a bit. Although for an hour or two at a time I don't believe it would be a problem.

All in all, 5/5 based on the price. 4/5 if the price isn't an issue. In which case take a look at 135519, as the sound quality from them is noticably better.
