Windows XPWhen i got this mouse, i though :D and it still is that same opinion.
I use this for gaming, and general use. Its nice and smooth, accuracy is great and the buttons feel really nice to click, good for high speed clicks.

Windows XPThis mouse is definitely recommended! It fits comfortably in the hand which makes tracking the pointer across the screen much more smoother and easier. I installed the software that came with it (Microsoft IntelliPoint) and found that this added a great feature which allows me to view all open windows by a simple click of the scroll wheel! The mouse also has a nice feel to it and matches well with my Microsoft Keyboard.
