This high performance silent CPU cooler by Zalman , the CNPS9500 AT, supports all speeds of Socket 775 CPU with amazingly silent levels. This cooler included an automatic variable fan speed controller which creates an ultra-silent, yet extremely high-performance environment. Zalman rates this CPU cooler at 18 to 27.5 decibels, a truly silent and accurate noise level rating.
