Good value

Windows VistaNo problems at all, brilliant card and easy to install, also came with two DVI-VGA convertors, all cables needed.

Windows XPYes this card does run on Xp.
And at the guy 2 posts up, my system runs it fine at that resolution (1440 * 900).
It is a very decent card for its price, i play Need for speed games, cod 2, guild wars and sims 2 all at maximum settings with no lag at all.
Wont play the new gen games such as cod 4, medal of honor.. on max.
But with my current system i manage to play these on about mid specs. (E4450 duo core, 2gb corsair ddr2 ram, 160gb 16mb cache hdd)
1 problem, it seems to get noisy when iv been playing for a few hours, i guess this is the fan spinning faster to cool it down as i get about 42C.
?
Do you have to have windows vista for this graphics card?
XP

Windows VistaJust upgraded my stock IMEDIA2579 from the X1650SE to this PRO card and what a result! No more crashes and can run C&C3 on high settings (but not max). Yhe only other upgrade Ive made is to install and extra 1GB of RAM. No problems with the monitor on 1440x900 settings. Did not have to download any new drivers either. At the time I had Catalyst 7.11.
Surprisingly good bit of kit!

Windows XPBought this as part of a budget upgrade, i'm has happy as a pig rolling in ****. Easy and fast to install, plays Command and Conquer 3 on full specs and a stupidly high res flawlessly.
Specs - AMD 64 4600+ Dual Core
2gb of DDR2
MSI Cheapy Motherboard
and this card.
Only thing i want to know is are you able to run two of these linked up? I know it says crossfire support but some info sites say it cant be. Anybody know, cos i'll buy another if you can.
Great Value for Money

Windows XPFor the price, this is an excellent piece of hardware.
I bought it as part of an upgrade so that I could finally play the copy of Supreme Commander I bought when it was released, and it's performance has utterly floored me.
It can quite happily run the game with most settings turned up, in dual-monitor mode. I did have to turn the second monitor down to 1024x768, but considering I honestly hadn't expected it to work at all, I'm very happy.
It's also had no problems with any other games I've thrown at it, although it appears that to get the most out of it 2Gb+ of RAM is a good idea, since with 1Gb it appears textures are having being loaded from disk a little too often.

Excellent card

Windows VistaI recently purchased one of these for a new system build (AMD X2 5600+, 2x1GB Corsair Memory, Asus AM2 Motherboard) and I have to say i have one major problem with it, The card is excellent and the performance is brilliant (can play C&C3 at top settings with no lag!) but... i had problems getting it working with my native screen resoution 1440x900 as it was just not available. Not a problem though a bit of research on the internet lead me to a program called powerstrip which let me add a custom resolution and the system accepted it. The reason this loses a star is because i shouldn't have to go to all this trouble to get a popular screen resolution like 1440x900 working. (This problem was only present in vista not xp however it is definately related to the ATI drivers both on CD and updated from the net)
Nightmare
