Excellent RAM
review by: Mark Stevens os: Windows XP

This is the dominator ram (not the standard xms2 in the pic) and so has the taller black DHX heatsinks. Its great ram and well priced.

had this for a month now, allowed me to overclock my E6600 to over 3.7ghz, Geil ram previously failed at 3.2ghz. Get it if you want to do some serious overclocking, gets 5 stars from me!!

Installed with no problems, running at low latency of 4-4-4-12, heatsinks do a great job, memory stays cool. Recommend this to anyone looking for quality ram.

Been running this on my asus commando @ 860mhz/ 2.1v with E6750 @ 3.44ghz ( 2.66 ghz) Completely stable and good value. Also runs at 450mhz ( computer boots ) but artefacts start appearing in certain games. Perhaps if u relaxed the timings it prob wouls 100% stable.

Overall for the money u`d have to spend twice as much to beat it.

Great ram, got it on a Gigabyte P35C DS3R mobo with a Q6600. Running Vista 32bit and its a nice little system, built it end of last summer, and considering getting another pair of this and upgrading to Vista 64bit.

Make sure this is running at the right voltage and giving the right timings (use CPU-Z to check), and if necessary tweak the voltage to give the proper timings!

Get this ram (as mentioned yes it is the dominator ram...)

Great memory for the price, One thing to mention, I have this in a P5K Premium with the latest bios and i cannot get it to run stable with the 4-4-4-12 timings it states! Its set to 5-5-5-18. Runs great though and would recommend it to anyone.

I like to build my own PC and feel that balance is important.

This isn't the best performing memory out there, but it's pretty close.

This means its far better than the cheap stuff, and only a little worse than memeory that costs twice the price.

Therefore this is very good value for money.
