I bought this product (not from Ebuyer) the software didn't work. Spent over a week on the phone to TomTom support and have found that their definition of support is to read the manual out to you over the phone. Web support was slightly better but were still unable to fix the problem.
It is good software when it works, just don't rely on any support.
