Windows XPArrived promptly. Works very well. Download speed from the camera not bad. Very happy. At 7MP can store over 1000 pictures on it. Perhaps as an amateur do not need as much storage but for the price not bad at all.

Basically:
class 2 = minimum of 2MB/ps
class 4 = minimum of 4MB/ps
class 6 = minimum of 6MB/ps
Two things to remember here: "MB" as in Megabyte, and not Mb Megabit, and "minimum" as in the data transfer speed can be quicker.

has anybody used this card to record video on a digital camera or continous shooting with a digital camera ? I know it is class 6 but how good is it in real life ?
