Windows Vistabought this really only because i had some credit to spend.
very quick and easy to set up and to use. this is a decent massage for the money. can be used for abdominals, waist, buttocks, thighs, shoulders, giving a good massage it also can be used on hands and arms and the neck but i wasnt to keen on them particular massages. all in all after a run or weights session it relaxes tired muscles, im happy with it and think its good value for money.
will hide it before any of my mates pop round though
Warms you up nicely

Not ApplicableI bought one of these last week and tried it over the weekend. I was a bit dubious to start with as Ive only seen these in posh salons but I was pleasantly surprised. The massager is really relaxing and has a few different belts for the different parts of the body. There is even one for your arms which is really cool. I did a 20 minute session of waist, arms and legs and my muscles felt really relaxed afterwards, I could feel the warmth coming out of my skin!
This could be a good tool for warming up before a run or just a general massage/warm down which is how I reckon I will use it.
Another Value for money item
My wife wanted something like this last year. But I could not justify some of the prices and we gave up on the idea.
Then recently caught this on Ebuyer for just over 30 GBP
The order was processed and delivered in an exceptional time.
The item was easy to assemble was ready to use in less than 30 minutes.
Included are 2 boxes full of various types of belts and I hadn't a clue what they were all needed for.Some basic instructions are included but once you know which part of your body each belt is for its all very simple in principle.
I playfully 'had a go' and was surprised the effect the machine had on me really got the circulation going round my hips and lower back!!
The massager component are built and it constructs into a robust and sturdy machine - unbelievable considering the price. It is supposed to fold away but not to any great extent.
Not sure what its long term effect will be on our healths but in line with the other previous comments and reviews I would suggest at the very least it is good for muscle relaxation and warm up/down as part of your exersize routine.

Windows XPGood Value .....looked at previous reviews before purchase and would agree in its excellent build qulity for the money.
Have used it half a dozen times and can confirm you feel quite refreshed after a 20 min spin.
Once again e buyer delivered a great service free delivery (on such a large item)and item arrived in 3 working days!
