Instructions To Tune In Freeview
To set up Freeview for the first time you do the following;
- Press the small Menu button
- Use the blue navigation buttons and go to Settings
- Press OK
- Go to Installation
- Press OK
- Choose First Time Installation
- The scanning will then start

I had the TV up and running in minutes. Superb picture and lots of useful connections. High Definition is brilliant. The remote control needs to be used firmly at times but that is the only downside of this fantastic deal.
Samsung LCD screen and Philips digital tuner not bad for the money eh?!!

Windows XPRecieved today and up and running more or less straight away, picture quality seems superb only prob I have now is finding code for sky remote control but thats not a big deal so overall for the cash this is a great buy.....

No ghosting.
Freeviews pretty good, no complains.
My only worry is the lack of support on the net for this (Vistron's site doesn't seem to think this product...or any Vistron product exists).
Also unsure about Warranty.

Sound quality is fine & I haven't noticed any ghosting (as mentioned before, read all comment perhaps?).
This obviously comes without a built in subwoofer like more expensive TVs.
Use a roof ariel for freeview...
Use digital freeview websites to check reception in your area...

Not ApplicableReally pleased with this tele. I bought it for my Dad as his old crt finally gave up the ghost. As he's not looking for all the latest and greatest kit this is perfect.
Picture is fine and the sound is good for what it is. Don't expect to get a tele that competes with the top models cos this won't get close but that's not what this tv is about.
I have not had a problem with the remote, works fine from 5/6 meters away. The DTV menus and easy to use and intuitive.
The sky code is 0065 BTW.
This is great bargain, just not sure how long it will last for!!?

Windows Vistatv is great cant fault it what so ever. However the controller is VERY dodgy. It is really hard to get each button to work. You have to point it really hard at the tv and press pretty hard. I am trying to find a universal remote to cover freeview as well. Maybe it is just my remote is a dodgy one out of 100 or something. Other than that everything was great, well done ebuyer and city link as i ordered this thing 6pm in the evenin and it was with me 11am the next day. :D
