Cheap and cheerful
os:
Windows XPDoes exactly what it says on the tin - a complete 4-way KVM including cables for under a tenner.
There's no switching inputs using the keyboard, only with the button on the unit, but at this price can you really quibble?

Did you try using the double tap scroll lock and number pad 1-4 keys ?
I have this model (got it a few years back) but looks identical.
there was no documentation stating key swopping, but after doing a little research I found this model uses that key sequence.
Hope that is the same version
Complete bargain

Not ApplicableYou can't ask for much more than this: a KVM switch that works with no fuss (and no need for a mains supply) along with 4 sets of cables for less than a tenner.
Plug in the cables and it works. You get to choose the input by pushing the single button on the top and it rotates through the four inputs.
If I were to criticise (and for the price one can't) I'd have to point out that the arrangement of sockets might be considered awkward. There are two sets of inputs on each of the long sides, the Keyboard and mouse are then plugged into one end and the monitor the other - so you're going to need a lump of flat space. There's no option to wall mount.
The above issues are minor and given th price - which one has to repeat *includes* the four cable sets - one can't complain. 5 stars.
Works Well. Great Price.

Windows XPOrdered one so I could connect my XBox 360 and desktop machine to one monitor, and easily switch between them.
Works well. It uses the keyboard connector for power, so you'll need to connect that up or use a 9v power supply (not included).
Can't really fault it for the price. Only small criticism is the slightly odd placing of connectors: one end has the input mouse+keyboard and power connector, with the output monitor connection on the other end, with the 2 machine connections each side (visible from the pictures). It's not really a problem though.
The package came with 4 vga/keyboard/mouse connecting cables.
Plexus 4-Port PS/2 KVM Switch With Cables
os:
Windows XPWhat a great price for this item. You even get 4 sets of cables.
It is a little bulky and the looks a little messy when all five sets of cables are connected.
The only thing that I have found fault with is that it keeps loosing the keyboard on one of my PC's. Maybe it's just not compatable with the motherboard.
Other than that a great buy.
Just one small problem
Not really helpful for PC repairs , if you are rebooting a pc and it is not the active output, you will get 1 of two problems.
1) PC will sit at BIOS screen telling you no keyboard present
2) PC will boot but have no keyboard/mouse control from within windows.
This was not the case with my slightly more upmarket Linksys 2-Port KVM
Have not tried it with a mains adaptor yet, as that may be the key!!!!
