Excellent Keyboard
os:
Windows VistaThis keyboard is excellent for the money. It is solid and reasonably heavy giving a quality feel.
My keyboard has a key which says 'On/Off' which I guess would normally have been the scroll key.
Go and buy one.
Great keyboard!

Windows XPI agree with some the previous reviewers in that the keys need a positive pressure to work - as a 'hunt and stab' typist though this is not a problem for me!
Otherwise the keyboard looks great, the added function buttons work like a charm, and you can switch the light off during the day.
At this price it's a steal, I intend to buy a couple more - they look great.
Good

Not ApplicableRight got this the other day, its good and looks amazing on my desk.
Getting a new keyboard takes some getting use to, esspecially tis one as the keys are all squeezed together, the backspace key is the size of a normal one and the enter key is just a bit longer.
The keyboards got an on off button aswell as a scroll lock and the multimedia keys are realy usefull, esspecialy the volume knob.
Other than its rather great. Loos realy impressive in the dark.

Windows XPThe feel of the keys is more akin to those of laptops, which I prefer. Having used it daily for 7 months, it still feels like new. The keys bottom edges are close together which prevents bits and pieces from falling behind the keys, unlike standard keyboards. There are two flip up feet to tilt the keyboard if required. The lamp underneath the wrist rest gets quite warm and is very theraputic when resting my hand on it.
The only real issue I have is the lack of leds for the num, caps and scroll lock keys, which often catches me out.
looks above functionality

Windows XPAs the poster above says this looks amazing.
If you need a compact keyboard with a bit of glitz this is the job for you.
I have several issues with it though. Namely:
1.) Key travel is very long and relatively firm, which for me results missing out keys - this is definately not the keyboard for a touch typer.
2.) The buttons are too closely spaced for my usage and the backspace and enter keys are far too small and close to everything else.
That said, i love the looks, the wrist rest creates a comfortable typing position. If you have dainty fingers, not the slabs of meat I have this may well be a winner for you.
No lights

Windows Vistai got this today and installed fine, work=s exelently but with no lights. keys are stiff but key travel is not to long. very good but a shame about the lights. 3 stars
Nice keyboard, but i'm still returning it :(
os:
Windows XPI bought two of these keyboards, one for me and one for my Mum.
We both love the look of the keyboard but are both sending them back. The main reason why we are sending them back is because:
1) You need to press the keys very firmly or you will type a sentence and find you have missed out letters.
2) The size (and position) of some of the keys. The backspace key is one the size of a single key. Also the space bar is only the size of three keys. For the spacebar to work, you need to press it in the centre or they keyboard does not reconise it. This was the key i missed out the most.
3) This didn't bother me that much, but my mum didn't like it: The Delete key was on the bottom row below they ? key
4) The enter key is only the size of two keys. I suppose i could get used to it, but i prefer the bigger one.
5) The multimedia keys only worked (except the volume) when you had the itunes windows selected (yes, even with the supplied drivers).
So for example if you were browsing the web and wanted to change the track, it wouldn't worked until you clicked on itunes on the taskbar.
They multimedia keys will work without the software/drivers but you wouldn't get the on screen volume when you adjust it. Not exactly a major problem though.
One the plus side of this keyboard,
It looks fantastic. even with the lights off.
No drivers are needed with windows, just plug in and go
The white keys make it look modern and puts my standard acer mouse to shame! lol.
Just to clear everything up, I have a on/off key which does the keyboard lights only. I also have a scroll lock (which has no use!)
Oh also forgot, when I had the keyboard lights on and switched of my PC (acer aspire MC3200), the lights went off too. But on my mum's pc (acer E210) they stayed on. I'm sure there is a simple BIOS setting but I didn't even check as I'm sending these back anyway.
If your prepared to try and get used to it, yeah go for it, buy it, it's only like 7 pound odds.
Although if your a heavy typer, i wouldn't bother.
I'm giving this keyboard 3 stars, I'd give it 1 or 2 if it didn't have the lights.
More of a Question than Review or Comment
Has anyone any idea if this will work with a Playstation 3?
Or if anyone knows of a keyboard that would??
