Exellent value for money

Not ApplicableTook it out the box, plugged it in and it automatically scanned and picked up all the DAB broadcasts. Very simple and easy to use menu system.
As the other poster said it doesn't actually have what we might see as a 'snooze' option, but it does have a dual alarm setting and a 'sleep' mode (makes me wonder if they got their snooze and sleep mixed up!)
I use it as a bedroom alarm clock/radio. My hearing is really sensitive and I find that the lowest volume setting is just a tad too high for really quiet night time listening/dozing off!
Only additional socket in the back is for head phones.
Fantastic value and so deserves a 5 star rating
Possibly not the perfect bedroom companion.

Windows XPThis is a great budget DAB Radio, sound quality is impressive and I like the controls. If you want a radio in the kitchen, garage, spare room etc then buy it.
However it lacks a couple of important features for an alarm clock radio. Firstly I can find no 'snooze' facility although it is described by ebuyer as featuring this. I understand 'snooze' to be the facility to turn the alarm off and have it sound again ten minutes later, letting you enjoy another ten minutes dozing. It does have 'sleep', turning the set off after a preset period, but that is something quite different. The other ommision is battery back-up, any interruption to your power supply results in lost time and alarm settings , to my mind this renders it almost useless as an alarm clock. It also has no tone controls although this is less important with a unit this small.
I am keeping mine because I like it, I just won't be using it as an alarm clock.
Further to my review of 20/04/08
I wrote the anonymous review dated 20/04/08 and I may have been a little unfair on this product. After further testing I can confirm that it does retain alarm settings through a power outage, and it displays the correct time after power is restored. So it appears to be usable as an alarm clock. I have still found no snooze facility though, and I still think its a neat bit of kit! (but it still only deserves three stars because snooze is specified but lacking)
Does DB-200 have an antenna connector?
Does this radio have an antenna connector? Sometimes the telescopic antenna is fitted as a F connector - so you can use a cable instead.
How about this one?
DAB+
Is it DAB+ compatible or upgradable to DAB+
