Windows XPCracking lil budget chip... Threw a budget cooler at it and overclocked it to 2.2ghz and as steady as a rock... Matched to an ECS Geforce 6100 motherboard and a gig of value ram..
Am a big AMD fan so went for this for a budget build for the kids...

If you need a heatsink/fan then I think you need the retail boxed version. The description could be more helpful but all that comes is the processor in a small padded box.
