Performance..

Windows VistaHappy with the performace, delivers multi-task perfectly - can copy dvds at the same time that I'm web designing or searching the web.. No need to install more memory as it has 2gb already, so Vista runs superb on it...!

Memory (RAM) : 4.2
Graphics : 3.2
Gaming graphics : 3.0
Primary hard disk : 4.8
So, it's not going to make a gaming laptop for playing FPS, but it does everything else beautifully.

Windows VistaThis is my second Fujitsu Siemens laptop that I buy and I'm impressed with the new design - all black gives it a cool look.. The big screen is ideal to watch DVD's and for internet usage plus the full size keyboard makes it easy to use.. Perfect spec at a superb price.!

Windows VistaI didnt expect such a good performance from this machine, as its so cheap but was pleasantly surprised! Its got enough memory to store my work and music, and the screen quality is really good to watch my dvds, definatley recommend this one.
Santa Rosa?

Windows VistaThe V5545 has a good turn of speed from the Core 2 Duo CPU at 1.5GHz and 2 GigaByte of ram. The SIS chipset may not be state of the art, but it gets the job done.
The keyboard and display are good and a good set of hardware components are fitted.
Vista Home Premium is preinstalled and works perfectly.
There is not much in the way of software supplied. Norton Internet Security (already removed), Nero 7 essentials, Acrobat reader and a trial of MS Office 2007.
Thats one reason that attracted me to this laptop. I don't want the system stuffed full of applications i will never use.
Nice machine at a good price. Nothing negative to say about it.

Excellent Laptop
this is an Excellent laptop, great value too, vista is great had some preconcived reservations, but they proved to be false, negative points.... the built in speakers are very tinny, no quality sound, plus the pc ships with NO office suite,
but all in all a good value buy

1.Have to plug my speaker in front which is very annoying.
2.Heat up really fast and can be really hottt.. don't know what would happen a year after when the fan collected some dust.
3. The battery dies very fast, in about an hour. definitely not for those on the move..
4.always having problem with city link delivery....collected a day after.
Great Laptop
Have had this laptop a few weeks now and have found this to be well worth the money. Build is very good battery life is not good if you have the laptop on high performance it lasts just under 90 mins....
Had never used Vista before but i find it great and with the service pack updates due soon it should sort out problems that some users have had.
The built in wireless works excellent and seems to be quite fast.
