Windows XP picks it up without you having to install any drivers.

It is probably suited to desktop machines (base unit lies flat) rather than a tower as the inserted PCMCIA cards end up upside down, I have a wireless ethernet PCMCIA card and the antenna is pointing at the floor but its no big deal. This card works perfectly.
