Stable, quiet
operating system:
Windows VistaThis PSU runs nearly silent! I love how it doesn't contribute to the noise in the computer room. It also has pretty much any kind of connection you'll need for the next few years until they come out with something that has different power needs. Also, pretty good manual
A real winner! Stable, quiet.
operating system:
Windows XPBought this to replace an Anxxx TP3 550W that arrived DOA. This Coolermaster is a keeper. Very good product packaging, better than others. Also better product finish. Works great, runs quiet, but I am not pushing it that hard. Some reviews noted the larger enermax power supplies do not fit easily in the Anxxx P180 case. This 550W model is more traditional size; fits in P180 with no problems.
excellent
operating system:
Not ApplicableThe large 120 mm fan this power supply uses means that it is pretty quiet. Per the specifications displayed the power supply meets all of the latest standards for efficiency and collectivity etc. As mentioned in other reviews of this power supply, it comes with almost every existing connection under the sun. Using the supplied cables you can connect eight SATA devices, eight molex devices ... The advantage of the modular set up is that you only need to connect a couple of additional cables to power what you need. The manufacturer's warranty is three years. Build quality appears to be excellent. Overall, very impressive.
Also top marks to ebuyer for my order -- purchased Tuesday evening with free delivery and delivered on Thursday morning.
nearly silent - has every connection you'll need

....BUT...it would be nice if the cables were labeled to correspond with a label in the manual. It made it a little harder for me with some of the more obscure connectors that I hadn't used before - I didn't know if I needed them for this motherboard, which has new technology I've not used before.

Hi peeps just wondering will this PSU be ok to run overclocked 6600 and 2 x 1gb Xpertvision 9600gt's only one hard drive 2 x optical drives and and a card reader oh and 680sli lt mobo
Good Value
operating system:
Windows VistaIn my opinion a PSU is one area you cannot be cheap.
This is the first Coolermaster I have bought after previous using Corsair. I got this model to save 15 quid and have to say I'm happy that I did, This is as high quality as any Corsair PSU I have used previously, and looks nicer if you have a window with it showing.
Running a Core 2 Quad q6600 stock, 4gb xms2 pc6400 memory, 9800gt oc, 3 fans and a 140mm scythe zipang cpu cooler with a single optical drive.
Extremely cool, extremely stable, and extremely quiet
Well earned 5 stars for both the product and Ebuyer service.
I recommend this PSU and ebuyer service!
operating system:
Windows XPGreat PSU, solid, silent and very well built. More than enough power for an xfx9600GTxxx edition. three 12v rail's with 19A on each one. This was my first order from ebuyer and I opted for free delivery and it arrived next day! So as you might guess I was very pleased. Thanks ebuyer
Coolermaster Realpower 520 review
operating system:
Windows VistaI had a E7200, 2 sticks of DDR2 RAM, 8800GT, 2x SATA HDDs and a DVDRW (and 2 case fans). This PSU ran fine and fairly quiet.
Then I upgraded to a C2Q 6600 and a GTS250 and when playing a game the fan on the PSU speeds up noticeably until it sounds like a hairdryer. Put your hand on the back and the expelled air is quite warm. Since Im not overclocking anything Im a bit disappointed it cannot handle the load without generating so much heat and noise.
Disappointing, but...
I ordered this PSU and I can say I was slightly disappointed as it was a faulty unit, The looks and the mesh wrap around the wiring was lovely, shame I can comment on the power it self but looks wise it was nice. I have now gone for the OCZ 600w PSU after sending this one back.
