With a choice of EASY mode, normal settings, and 41 BEST SHOT scenarios the EX-Z77 is a great camera to have as a family camera. It can be set up for anyone, even a novice photogrpaher to achieve great results.
The new high quality, high performance EX-Z77 retains all the advanced functions of its predecessors, including Anti Shake DSP for reducing photo blur due to shaky hands or moving subjects. Its generous new 2.6 inch wide LCD display, makes it enjoyable for users to capture breathtaking wide aspect ratio images, and also makes the camera functions easier to see and operate. The EX-Z77 can display information on the right side of the ample screen, separate from the subject shown on the monitor whilst shooting. It enables users to quickly change settings on the information display when shooting. In EASY Mode, menus for simplifying a wide array of camera settings (flash, self-timer and image size) are also shown on the right side of the monitor for easy viewing and use.
This model also features Casio's new YouTube Capture Mode, which enables users to shoot and save movies at the optimum size, quality and other settings for YouTube, the world's most popular online site for sharing videos. Casio has also included an exclusive software application that makes it fast and simple to upload movies to YouTube.
