Very good piece of kit

Windows XPOrdered 19:55hrs last night arrived before 11:00hrs this morning. Does exactly as it says on the box. My son has already had the ipod cable as he has the 720T model. Both the 520 and 720T model are excellent in terms of navigation. The 520 does appear to boot very slightly slower than the 720T but once running no difference. The 720 does have bigger on board storage as you would expect.
Excellent service from Ebuyer yet again and excellent value.

Windows XPI took delivery about a week ago. I'm VERY impressed with this. The screen's good, it's really easy to use, it connected easily to a K750i phone for hands free. The spoken directions and street names are both clear and useful. It plays MP3s nicely (already had a load on a 1GB SD card). The sound quailty transmitted through FM to the car radio is not quite as good as with a tape adaptor, but I'm picky. This is a very impressive piece of kit. Excellent value too. Nice one Ebuyer.

Windows XPExcellent piece of kit. Memory size is too low to use but 2GB SD cards are only 20 pounds these days. Good quality FM transmitter. Very easy to use. Highly Recommend particularly from this supply as so quick. (I waited 2 months for Dabs to deliver then cancelled. This lot delivered in 2 days)

Windows Vistaordered this at 6pm arrived at 7.30am ,spot on piece of kit,works fine nice and clear directons, easy to use with good blue tooth capabilities well done ebuyer, saved sixty quid too compared with all the big retailers

- The 'latest map guarantee' is valid for 30 days after you first connect using the TomTom Home PC software. It allows you ONE free map pack update ONLY in this time period. My suggestion is wait till day 29, as after I updated, a new map pack came out a week later :(
Obvioulsy the MapShare updates are valid for a year anyway thou.
- Battery life hasn't got anywhere near the quoted 5 hours for me. More like 2 to 3. Not a big issue thou really
- Updates very quickly to recalculate a route and the TomTom interface is excellent.
- The screen is very clear and the unit itself can easily be carried in a pocket.
- FM Transmitter works well enough. The Mp3 jukebox is basic but effective
- The 'spoken road names' only works if you choose a computer voice (so no celebrity voices reading out your street name!).
