Windows 2000Many laptops now come without a built in modem which at the time, I didn't know!! Purchased this as a travel modem, you know, keep in the laptop bag for travelling so I can all ways connect to pay & go dial up! Saved me on many occasions...

useful back up

Windows VistaThis is a useful back up modem for people that can't afford to be without email or a connection. Straightforward set up in Vista and compact and neat.

Windows Vistanice little dongle, smaller than what it does actually look in the box, it does the job and it does it well, even on vista, my laptop did not come with modem and I needed to use it for faxing, the extra software that comes with it is either trial, outdated or not useful at all so be aware, this lets it down the otherwise excelent product that is easy to install and works well, it will have been better off without it.
No fax under Vista Premium

Windows VistaVista Premium doesn't have built in fax software, and the supplied Voice/Fax application won't run under Vista either, so it's not much use if you are buying this to use as a fax on Vista Premium
