You will benefit from technical support from our Partner 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our telephone helpline and remote sessions.  During the telephone call one of our IT Experts will remotely connect to your Laptop/PC and take control of your desktop to fix the problem there and then.  Any technical problems from running Windows, installing Microsoft Office, setting up broadband or getting your Anti-Virus software to work can be easily and quickly resolved – any hardware issues we cannot resolve, we put you straight through to the manufacturers support line.

24/7 technical support with problems such as:

• Installing and updating anti-virus software
• Configuring internet security settings
• Updating Windows
• Advice on setting up broadband and wireless networking devices
• Installing and configuring email and other software
• Setting up peripherals such as printers and scanners
• Troubleshooting computers which have crashed or frozen
