You will benefit from free technical support from our Partner - a service which is available 24 hours a day, for the first seven days after receiving your Desktop/Laptop from us.  If you encounter any difficulties with your new Laptop/PC, you can call one of our IT Experts who will remotely connect to your Laptop/PC and take control of your desktop to fix the problem there and then. 

Any technical problems from running Windows, installing Microsoft Office, setting up broadband or getting your Anti-Virus software to work can be easily and quickly resolved – any hardware issues we cannot resolve, we put you straight through to the manufacturers support line.
