Windows VistaGood wee lights for the price. I have a 800w psu and it ended up burning out some cold cathode kits i bought a while ago. These on the other hand have lasted well and are nice and bright. They do have an option to be constantly on, however it doesnt seem to keep the last setting when you turn your computer off, so you'll have to change them back to your desired option with a wee button that is attched to a pci slot on the back of your machine.
slow flashing to fast
it says slow flashing speed setting to fast, is there possible to have them constantly on?

if u want them constantly on, maybe u would be better buying the 12" cold cathode tubes. these maybe have an option for constantly on, but cant say as i havent bought them yet.
