I'm using this baby as i type, it is the definitive media centre keyboard and mouse. no other version compares for size or style.

it' not as fast or as accurate as a normal desktop system, but what do you expect? Thats like expecting an ipod nano to hold as many songs as an ipod classic...

my final say is that it has passed the girlfriend test for simplicity and useability.

had this on ore order and it come much sooner that i thought.

packaging is posh. vista reconised it without cd drivers.

takes a hell of a lot of getting used too. very slow to type letters so i keep a full size keyboard always on standby. mouse pad is ok, but again needs a lot of patience and you wont be clicking as quick as your used too.

main thing i noticed... no Function keys ie F5 F10 etc which is handy for entering bios or browser short cut keys.

the lights are very impressive and it looks the part. so its a show off device but not that pratical

i like it BUT, has its share of issues

ok first off i have the full size keyboard for my day to day stuff. the mini wasnt purchased as a replacement, more of an addition for brief messenger or little surfing tasks and of course media centre duties....

it has 2 issues worth mentioning... a rather erratic mouse pad, sometimes stuttering then lerchy, and when you flick the switch across to media mode and the pad becomes up down left and right, down doesnt respond so well, logitech have stated on there site instead of pressing the pad in the 6 oclock position the 7.30 position is better.... its still a very functional gadget and thumb typings no big deal especially if your into text messaging. i like it and it serves the purpose i bought it for and the single button for left and right mouse clicks that had me guessing for a while the fn key changes the buttons action. happy but shame the pad wasnt a little more refined

Awful product. Have a look on the Logitech forums and look for phrases like "buttons stop working", "only track pad is working", "jerky trackpad" etc.

This piece of... Kit... frequently stops (partially) working, only the track pad works, meaning you cant click on anything.

The solution, remove the battery and insert it again... Not ideal every 15 mins I can tell you - not to mention that the battery catch is quite flimsy (guess they didnt plan on the battery being removed so much).

No fault of eBuyers, but a very poor quality product.
