This memory does work on 32bit vista using it myself, originally only showed up as 3.5Gb but after service pack 1 install now full 4Gb vista experience rating 5.9 brilliant memory for little money recomended.

Installs in 10 seconds. Good quality. Very fast. HUGE memory for an extremely low price.
WARNING: This does NOT work with 32-bit Windows.
You need 64-bit Windows XP or Vista for this to work.
Highly recommended.

this memory will work fine with 32 bit XP and VISTA, though you might not see the all 4GB of it...
the 32 bit versions can only address 4GB max, this includes memory of sound cards and graphics cards...
